1. Order Fulfillment

All cookie kits are handmade and made to order. Processing time typically ranges from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the quantity, size, and design details. We currently offer delivery within South Africa only.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship using PUDO (locker-to-locker preferred) or PostNet, with PUDO being the most affordable option at approximately R60. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number, and we’ll check in with you until your cookies arrive safely.

3. Returns & Refunds

We take pride in our work and have never had a refund request—but we understand that things happen. If there’s a valid issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

• You’ll need to return the cookies at your own cost.
• Once we receive the returned package, we’ll gladly refund or replace the order.
• Refunds/replacements are issued only for valid concerns (e.g. damage, incorrect item).

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and do not include VAT, as CookieVarsity is not VAT-registered. We accept:

• Card payments via card machine
• Cash payments
• EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

5. Product Disclaimer

Each kit is handcrafted and made to order. Due to supplier availability, there may be slight variations in sprinkles, sweets, or decorative elements. We always send photos for approval before finalizing your order to ensure you’re happy with any changes.

6. Intellectual Property

We celebrate creativity and community. While we don’t restrict inspiration from other artists, we always add a personal CookieVarsity twist to every design. We encourage respectful sharing and originality.

7. Limitation of Liability

CookieVarsity is not liable for:
