My journey started on a farm in the North West, where I spent my days sketching, painting, and baking. Some of my fondest memories are cookie-baking marathons with my family during school holidays—we baked tray after tray of treats (and usually ate them all before the holidays ended!).
Art and cookies have always been part of me. At school, I often turned projects into little works of art, and over time, cookies became my canvas.
In 2020, during lockdown, I took a leap of faith—quit my job, started baking from home, and turned a passion into a business. They say if your business can survive lockdown, it can survive anything—and here we are!
Today, Cookie Varsity is more than just a bakery. It’s a space where cookies tell stories, where creativity runs wild, and where every bite is baked with love and imagination.
